Ultrafiltration System adalah proses filtrasi membran yang menggunakan tekanan hidrostatik untuk melewati membran ultrafiltrasi 0,01 mikron. Sistem Ultrafiltrasi (UF) mampu menghilangkan padatan tersuspensi, bakteri, virus, endotoksin, dan patogen lainnya untuk menghasilkan air dengan kemurnian sangat tinggi dan kepadatan lumpur yang rendah.

Filter Demineralisasi

Filter Demineralisasi adalah proses pertukaran ion untuk menghilangkan kadar garam dan mineral dalam air dengan menggunakan resin anion kation. Water Demineralization System ini mampu menghasilkan air dengan tingkat kemurnian yang sangat tinggi (ultrapure water) dengan jumlah kandungan ionik dan an-ionik nya mendekati angka nol sehingga mencapai batas yang hampir tidak dapat dideteksi lagi. Demineralisasi ini seringkali juga dinamakan Demineralizer atau Deionization System. Filter Demineralisasi memiliki dua sistem yaitu Mixed Bed Demineralizer (satu tabung) dan Two Bed Demineralizer (dua tabung) yang berisikan resin penukar ion positif (kation resin) dan resin penukar ion negative (anion resin). Pada tabung yang berisikan resin kation terjadi proses pertukaran ion-ion positif seperti magnesium (mg), calcium (ca) dan natrium (na) dengan ion H+ dari resin kation, sedangkan pada tabung anion terjadi pertukaran ion-ion negatif seperti Cl, SO4, SiO2 dengan ion OH- dari resin anion. PT DELTA PURO INDONESIA menyediakan Filter Demineralisasi yang dapat dirangkai dalam satu paket sistem dengan menggunakan bahan material FRP atau mild steel.

Reverse Osmosis System adalah metode untuk penyaringan molekul dan ion yang terdapat pada air melalui membrane reverse osmosis. Membrane Reverse Osmosis ini akan memberikan tekanan pada larutan dan mengendapkannya pada salah satu sisi membrane sehingga dapat menghasilkan air yang lebih jernih dan bersih. Sistem Reverse Osmosis ini akan mengalirkan air dari daerah yang berkonsentrasi lebih tinggi ke daerah yang berkonsentrasi lebih rendah melalui membrane semipermeable. Water Softener System adalah sistem pengolahan air untuk menghilangkan kalsium, magnesium dan hardness pada air melalui tabung softener. Tabung Water Softener ini berisi resin cation yang akan menyerap ion positif seperti kalsium dan magnesium. Sistem Water Softener ini terdiri dari beberapa equipment yaitu Tangki Softener, Control Valve, Resin Kation, Brine Tank, Garam (NaCl) dan Selang Regenerasi. Umumnya Water Softener System ini digunakan sebagai alat pre-treatment untuk air umpan boiler/cooling tower atau pre-treatment pada sistem filterisasi.
